We are partnering up with our VIP Partner ISI Elite Training to have monthly group workouts. Come hang with us and get a workout in while meeting new friends in our community. THIS WILL BE OUR LAST GROUP WORKOUT WITH THEM, but you'll still see them in our community (:
ISI Elite Training is a fitness center that offers group strength training style workouts that are engaging, challenging, and community focused!
PLEASE BRING: athletic wear - clothes you can move in, and a water bottle.
