The event we will partner with Kendall from The Catalyst Experience (@thecatalystexperice) to incorporate BEGINNER FRIENDLY breathwork, meditation, and sound healing to foster grounding and presence in a safe space. We will engage in visualization, followed by intention setting, and an opportunity to share experiences and questions. Please come with an open mind if you have never done something like this (: We are partnering with The Abundant Space for the event spot.
PLEASE BRING: Journal, water, & comfortable clothing. If you would like to bring your own blanket, pillow, and mat you are welcome to otherwise there will be some there to use!
