Galentine's Day with Girl-tivities® was one of our most popular events of 2023 & 2024. So we are back again for round three!

We will have (2) 45 minute BUTI Yoga classes available at event you can sign up for first come first serve upon check in (1 class included per ticket). After yoga classes we will engage in a session with our certified Love Coach - @lovemicheleariana.

GROUP COACHING SESSION: Quantum Leap in Love: Unlock the Power of Masculine & Feminine Energy

Michele Ariana is a certified NLP Coach and specializes in Life, Love, & Business. Not only has Michele had a MASSIVE impact on our community the past 2 Galentine's Events, she's worked with amazing personal development teams such as with TONY ROBBIN'S team. In our group coaching session she will guide you on a transformative journey to experience a Quantum Leap in Love.

In our previous years events, we focused on self love and loving YOURSELF, this year, we are learning how to love OTHERS!

Agenda:

2pm - Check In / sign up for class times (yoga classes optional!)

2:30pm - First BUTI Yoga class begins, others have social hour to snack, do activities, chat with vendors, etc.

3:30pm - Second BUTI Yoga class begins, others have social hour to snack, do activities, chat with vendors, etc.

4:30pm - 6pm - Love Coach Group Session

• (1) optional 45 minute beginner BUTI Yoga class (BUTI Yoga is a high-intensity cardio workout that combines yoga with tribal dance, plyometrics, and conditioning)

• A 1-1.5 Hour Group Coach session with certified Love Coach @lovemicheleariana

If you didn't come to our last events and aren't familiar... Girl-tivities (formerly known as Girls Night Out) is a social event company that plans monthly themed events for women in Arizona to meet new women and do new things. Each month we host a different theme and location while partnering up with businesses. We do a variety of themes - fitness, social, crafts, and inspirational events. This is a friendly and comfortable environment to come alone or bring friends if you'd like! All that we ask is you leave your boyfriends or husbands home for the night (; (hence the name Girl-tivities, it is women only.)
