We are partnering with Play RX (@theplayrxcure) to host an ADULT PLAY WORKSHOP to get our creative juices flowing, and find the importance of play as adults.

Join us for a one-of-a-kind workshop that combines play and the creative arts for the purpose of curing burnout and aiding in overall adult health and wellness. Play is proven to promote positive psychological health, relieve stress, develop attention skills, and strengthen authentic confidence- so why is it so socially taboo for adults to play?! At this special spring themed Connect Rx event, we will play and collaboratively create with each other through visual arts, writing, improv, movement, and problem solving.
