📋 General Requirements

• 6-month minimum unpaid time commitment with quarterly check ins to chat the road to a paid position.

• Based in the Phoenix valley.

• Available for weekly team meetings (Wednesdays at 6:30 PM — hybrid - virtual and in-person).

• Willing to attend at least 50% of events + team meetings monthly. (We host 3-5 events monthly)

• Able to spend 5-10 hours flexible hours weekly on tasks related to your positon.

• Ready to bring fresh ideas and a go-getter attitude.

• Positive, reliable, and passionate about women supporting women.

Currently we only have open UNPAID positions.. however being on the team comes with some AMAZING perks - most internships would not provide. • Social Media – Support content creation, reels, stories, and engagement to help our brand shine online.

• Partner & Sponsor Relations – Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, help coordinate partnerships, and promote our partners to the community.
