Who is Girl-tivities®?
A community of women in their 20s-40s in the Phoenix valley that enjoy experiencing new things, socializing, eating, drinking, cares about personal growth, and getting out of their comfort zone.
We create a safe environment for all women so we get a broad range of attendees with various backgrounds, careers, family life, and located all over the valley in Arizona.

What does Girl-tivities® do?

Hosts public monthly events for women to attend ranging from socials, to crafting, to fitness, to workshops, and retreats (Average 40-100 attendees per public event).

Has a membership program for women serious about being connected to community & attending monthly public events as well as members-only meetups that are more intimate. (Average 20-30 attendees).

Plan each detail from food, drinks, vendors, goodie bags, venue, theme, photography, communication to guests, marketing strategies, and more to make sure each event is a success for all businesses and attendeees involved.

Partners with local businesses that align with each monthly event and members only meetup to support local + bring events to our women we know they will love (this is where you come in!)

Girl-tivities® vision is to provide a safe space for women to connect & do activities, everywhere.
Girl-tivites® mission is to achieve our vision by hosting different themed events monthly for the public + our members and partner with local businesses to build our community in Arizona and other states to come.
Types of Events we host:

Examples: Vendoring, supplying goodie bags with takehomes for our guests see your brand, partnering for an activity, leading a workshop, etc.
Fitness
We love partnering with local businesses for fitness events + bringing health experts, products, and knowledge to our attendees.
Socials
Our socials are large events where we create a welcoming environment through social games, icebreakers, and other activities to allow women to meet new friends.
Workshops
We love personal development & bringing in experts in multiple fields to help women in our community learn + grow.
Crafts
We have a lot of craft girlies in our community - we partner with businesses to lead crafts often!
Retreats
We aim to host 2-3 retreats per yearly & typically have partners within the retreat for products, activities, supplies, etc.

The aspect that makes us different from others is that our community and social media platforms have been grown organically and through word of mouth.
This is the strongest + most engaged form of growth.
We rarely use any ads, but when they do they perform very well.

Can you partner with Girl-tivities without signing up for partnership program?
The short answer - YES.
The long answer - We value and support our partners that our in our partnership program first. We prioritize working with them over those not in our program. We also prefer to have consistent businesses apart of our events and community that we know and trust, so that the women in our community trust you too. The more you get involved and show up in our community, the higher the likelihood someone will purchase from you. We definitely recommend you to consider at least a Directory Listing with us to create a longer term partnership since that when you receive more in return than being involved in just one event of ours.
However, there are still some ways to get involved with our community without signing up. Read below for more details!
Partner up for an event:
Partnering up for an actual public event of ours means lots of great exposure from you from our community! There is so much we put into our events from goodie bags, event photography, and more.
With that being said, we typically only accept partnerships on a sponsorship basis (or super low costs).
We like our event partners to think of an event with us as more of an investment rather than a financial gain, since we bring so much to the table when you host an event with us!
If this is something you’re interested in, please reply to this email with further details of your thoughts and we can make a custom arrangement only if it sounds like a mutual benefit for us both!
**We consider those that are signed up in our Partnership Program first priority when choosing who to partner with for events and more willing to work on price and such when you are invested in our community and listed as a trusted partner of ours**
Sponsor goodie bags and/or raffles:
We always are accepting goodie bag and raffle sponsors - every month at our public events. This can be a great way to get involved with the community at a lesser cost and start to get your name out there. We would recommend sponsoring more than one event to see results. Reach out at anytime when you see an event you would like to sponsor. As a partner of ours in our program, we send you monthly emails on opportunities like this to get involved so you don't miss out!
Vendor at an Event:
Unfortunately, we only allow vendors at our events that are signed up as a Preferred Partner or Ultimate Collaborator with us.
The reason for this is that we want businesses at our events that our community knows and trusts. We don’t want just anyone coming into our community. Businesses that regularly attend events + stay subscribed as a Partner with us see more traction and sales due to our community becoming familiar with them.
** There could be special vendor events 1-2 times per year hosted where you can pay a non-member rate to join in, but not guaranteed **
